We've just announced a next-level goal of $20 thousand/ month in subscriptions.
If we can hit this goal -- and maintain it -- every staff member will receive two additional paid hours each week purely for their own kink education (reading, classes, podcasts, etc) to further support their work as kink concierges in the community. They will also receive $100/month in store credit to acquire books and toys toward that goal, and we are working on partnerships with local spaces to provide discounted or free admission to their classes.
