The Society of Janus BDSM Basics Workshop will take place the first Saturday of each month from 3-5:30pm. Are you a novice who wants to start playing in the dungeon? Do you need to build your skill set? Are you interested in learning safe techniques? Or do you just want some time to practice with an expert and get some pointers? Warrior Workout with Fox will be from 3:30-5:30pm. Fetlife Facebook MeetupDesigned to build well-rounded modern warriors, this MMA seminar blends the best of martial arts and fitness with social justice. Warmup workout, core technique training, special topics and guest instructors, HIIT workout, cool down and closing discussion. Emphasis on functional movement and corrective exercise because health and injury prevention is also self-defense. We develop powerful, resourceful, ethical, and compassionate warriors and leaders. Foundations now meets in the Annex every Monday evening from 7pm - 9pm with a wide range of weekly topics. This week’s topic is The Language of Cloth and Leather. Fetlife Facebook Have you ever felt that you were into something so strange that you would be alone even in the kink community? Have you ever thought that it can be impossible to meet others that have the same interests that you have? There is a "secret language" that some people in the kink community use to socially signal things about themselves and/or their interests without saying a word. Cadet Alex B. will help you become more aware of this semi-secret language and give tips on how you can use it to meet others with interests that you may not otherwise know that they have. Go and meet those kinky people you have been looking for!You do need a sponsor to attend Foundations classes, but it's easy to get sponsored -- just come to their office hours in the cafe (info above) before class.

The Bay Area Rope Club
Meetup, Fetlife, will be meeting in the back from 6-7pm for their mini-munch, before heading over to Citadel for their weekly skillshare. New to rope? This is a great event for making connections in the rope community, learning new skills, and seeing experienced riggers in action.

Come get fit at Civilian Krav Maga: Self Defense for Our Community from 7:30-9pm. Fetlife Facebook, Meetup Civilian Krav Maga is designed to be simple to learn and practical to use. In this series of classes, we'll cover self defense techniques for dealing with common attacks you might encounter on the street or in domestic situations. Choke, be choked, and escape chokes! Punch, be punched, and block punches! Come prepared for a workout, but don't worry if you have physical limitations; krav is designed to work for the body you have. Fetlife Facebook will be having their pre-jam meet up from 6-7pm before heading over to the Catalyst. This event is for male-identified, non binary and gender non conforming people interested in sharing rope tying knowledge and practicing together.
The Sex Magick Coffee Social will be meeting from 7-9pm. This informal social is open to anyone who is interested in the intersection of magic(k) and sexuality, at all levels of experience. We will be talking about magic(k) broadly, and all practitioners from all traditions (or none!) are welcome.

meeting from 3-5pm at the cafe, with an introduction for those new to hypnosis, erotic or otherwise, from 2-3pm. This is a discussion and workshop munch where attendees can show everybody something new about hypnosis. Teach and learn some new hypnosis concepts, discuss ethics and consent, learn and practice technique, and meet some new friends.
