We'll cover exercises you can do to improve your perception to notice situations before they become a problem and critical thinking skills so you can provide the best solution at a moment's notice. A portion of the class will also include a brainstorming session where participants will be able to use fellow classmates as a sounding board to improve their anticipatory service skills (on both sides of the slash).
